The ability to send orders straight to ShopfloorLive from virtually any system is a great feature.  We are still using excel to manage orders, but we can transfer these straight into the system and ShopfloorLive manages production.  So simple to use,  saving so much time and now real-time information on every order.

The data collection module monitors four of our key machines.  We have real-time performance data and this has been the key driver for productivity gains.  The system transformed our reporting, with accurate trend information going back over 3 years.

We struggled for years trying to find a system for production.  ShopfloorLive is the first system that really works and operators use it because it makes their job easier.  It is clear the system was designed around ‘Lean’ principles – people working ‘smarter’ not ‘harder’.

We introduced the warehouse module two years ago and scan about 7,000 items per week.  Within days my job in customer service was transformed.  When customer’s asked about delivery,  I had full information on every product on their order.  Was it shipped- which pallet- which lorry? In fact once I informed the customer with the detail I often got an apology as they found the product in their own warehouse.  What a difference the system makes.
